Had a nice Xmas vacation, spent three nights. the room was spacious and clean. the location was ideal as it was walking distance to most of the attractions. the breakfast was good.
The hotel staff was not friendly or helpful. the front desk staff was unresponsive to our needs.

Had a great new year experience at this hotel. Enjoyed the complementary drink on arrival and daily fresh fruit in the room. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk to the main attractions and restaurants. The rooftop pool was a great advantage to relax and have a refreshing dip after the busy days.
The room was a bit dated and the bathroom in need of renovation. Also, the staff could have been more attentive to guest needs, as we had to request amenities that should have been provided automatically.
